Aalborgs autentiske italienske spisehus ledes først og fremmest af den i Aalborg kendte romerske kok, Carlo Liberati, der tilbage som helt ung i 1990’erne fik stor succes med sit ”no nonsens”- Mamma-køkken på ”Il Mulino” ved Cimbertyren. Siden har han markeret sig som italiensk kok og restauratør flere steder i byen, bl.a. på Rosdahls, Limfordshotellet og senest Cupo.

Aalborg’s authentic Italian dining house is primarily run by the well-known Roman chef in Aalborg, Carlo Liberati, who back when he was very young in the 1990s had great success with his “no nonsense”-Mamma kitchen at “Il Mulino” at “Cimbertyren.” Since then, he has distinguished himself as an Italian chef and restaurateur in several places in the city, including at Rosdahls, Limfordshotellet and most recently Cupo.
