Deres cocktails laves med gode råvare og nøje udvalgte produkter. Ikke mainstream produkter. Deres mad er gode bistroretter, alt er lavet fra bunden, råvarerne er håndplukket, de gør os umage, med alt de serverer for deres gæster – og det kan smages!

Bistro V is a small cozy eatery decorated with a raw and relaxed interior. The tables are without stiffened tablecloths and the service is friendly and informal. Their cocktails are made with good ingredients and carefully selected products. Not mainstream products. Their food contains of great and classic bistro dishes, where everything is made from scratch! All the ingredients are hand-picked and they make an effort to make everything  they serve to their guests perfect! And you can definitely taste that!
